    These trips offer young women a chance to get dirty and get deep. With a focus on mental health and wellness, we learn how to care for ourselves and others in the backcountry.

  • Dance classes

    Join us for an early morning dance class! No instruction… just you, the music, and a disco ball. Get your endorphins pumping for the day ahead and do it all before the kids have to wake up for school!

  • Mindfulness classes

    Learn techniques to help you stay present and focused, while aligning your breath to your body. We’ll explore different types of meditation and pranayama (breathing exercises) to help you find what works best for you.

  • Women's Circles

    It takes a village. We’re all in this together and it can feel really good to surround yourself with other women who have either been there or are there right now. We’ll push the chairs to the side and just be together in a supportive space, with movement, breathwork, tea, and conversation… maybe even cozied up around a fire. We’d love for you to join.

    Wouldn’t it be great if we all learned when we were younger that self-care is not an option? We offer retreats for people of all ages that incorporate yoga, mindfulness, delicious Ayurvedic meals, and nature-based practices to help you and yours wind down, reset, and tune in with your soul.
